Cooking with Gas!

As promised, our day at the museum has inspired us to create a new series of photo canvases and posters. I’m hoping to share those with you in the next few weeks, however as a little creative snack, we couldn’t wait to create a few travel-related cards — a collection I hope to expand on! The design direction is distinctly a romanticized version of travel — bringing to mind the days of the Orient Express and when people dressed up to travel on planes!

Plus, photo is more than people. A photo story should include all the things that make us happy or in which we find beauty. That’s why I love the idea of combing art that your eye sees (photo) and art that you can choose to expand upon its story. Then before you know it, you’ve created new art via that creative mash up!
